We warranty each and every SRG Fortress Stove to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the life of the product, and we will repair or replace with a new product, at our option, any SRG Fortress Stove product that is defective. SRG USA does not warranty its products against normal wear or misuse. If your stove has a defect we will either send you a replacement part or a brand new product. This will be determined by our Quality Control Department.
